ARMA Global is seeking a qualified candidate to provide technical documentation services to support advanced customer cloud-based systems, acquisitions, and operations. The Documentation Automation Specialist ensures high-quality deliverables and leads the review and approval process for all client deliverables. Must define and track review process, review documents to meet standards of professionalism and quality. Ensure proper branding, classification markings and follow Records Management processes. Post documents in collaborative tools. Part of a high-performing team using DevSecOps and Agile.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Produce versioned documents based on templates within the software tool

• Review and edit briefings using software such as Asciidoctor markup languages

• Perform quality control on documents

• Assist in the maintenance of the web-based Knowledge Management platform/Wiki (e.g. Confluence)

• Ensure documents are standardized and consistent across all supporting Services

Basic qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant work experience

• Final Secret clearance

• Experience in a documentation automated environment is a plus

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Work with versioning and source control

• Able to run basic command line knowledge scripts (i.e. navigating and running commands)

• Must be comfortable with military courtesies

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Pandora and Asciidoctor markup languages

• Experience with Git or GitLab repos

• HTML, JavaScript, CSS knowledge

• Ability to work independently without supervision

• BA or BS degree in CS preferred
