Join General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. The Naval Enterprise Service Desk (NESD) team is searching for a Junior Program Analyst to join their program.
This position is supportable virtually.
The role of the junior-level Business Analyst is to analyze, evaluate, and refine data integration and data exchange processes. You will gather information, document processes, finalize requirements and coordinate approval of final documents. You will also serve as the key interface between the users, data exchange partners, project developers and the project manager and perform the following tasks:
Analyze and document requirements for data integration and data exchange
Analyze data and data relationships and perform data element mapping activities
Develop and maintain the DoD enterprise architecture framework (DoDAF) artifacts such as System Interface Descriptions (SV1), and Systems Resource Flow Matrices (SV6)
Develop and maintain system documentation including interface control documents (ICDs), memoranda of agreement (MOAs) and other requirements documents
Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements
Interact with the stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs
Conduct meetings and deliver presentations to share ideas and findings
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
Develop, implement and maintain procedures
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
2+ years of experience with program analysis, data/metrics analytics and account support activities
Experience producing Interface, Functional, Reporting and Data requirements
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Secret clearance
