We are looking for an Solutions Senior Advisor to support an essential modernization program. We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual to join our team to modernize a legacy system into a cloud-based solutions with a holistic shared services solution. This role requires an energetic individual who wants to enhance their professional career in a fast-paced federal environment. The Solutions Senior Advisor is responsible for the working with other architects and product owners to design and support the application for the customer. The Solutions Senior Advisor will provide support for proposals, change requests and other new opportunities.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Identifies solutions based on business and technical criteria, analyzes alternatives based on trade space, and implements designs

• Lead design sessions with the application leads and product owners

• Provide technical grooming of User Stories to create design flows and provide design direction for RESTful microservice application

• Ensures technical architecture teams deliver efficient and effective system solutions to support business goals and objectives

• Prepares and presents technical presentations, design and analyst briefings

• Support Scrum teams by resolving architecture/design issue/questions

• Develops, enhances, and maintains established service design procedure and process by applying process frameworks and methodologies

• Researches current and emerging technologies and process methodologies and proposes changes and tailoring where needed into program solution

• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals

• May serve as a team or task lead

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• BA/BS degree (computer science/systems, information systems/technology, engineering/engineering technology, software)

• 3+ years of work experience as a lead developer or application architect

• Experience with Design and Architecture Patterns

• Experience architecting or assisting in design of a ReSTful microservices solution

• Experience with systems architecture design/documentation tools such as draw.io/diagrams.net

• Experience creating design/architecture documentation

• Experience with Agile development methods and tools

• Experience working with OpenAPI/Swagger and Confluence

• Architecture Certifications beneficial

• Have an existing or the ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation
