GDIT Technology Shared Services is seeking a Senior SDET.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement test plans, manual test scripts, and automated Test Case Analysis

• Create tests in the context of a collaborative, team-based environment

• Implement and identify innovative tools, frameworks, automation, and utilities to increase velocity while maintaining and improving quality standards

• Apply technical, business, and quality skills to assess product and code health, implement modern testing approaches, and prevent production defects.

• Help establish a highly collaborative environment that values speed and quality

• Actively participate in agile meetings with product and program management

• Travel may be required

Required Experience:

• The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• This position requires an active secret clearance

• 5+ years of relevant IT Experience

• Automated testing experience is required

• Familiarity of various SDLC and Testing methodologies

• Exposure/Understanding of the different software testing methodologies

• Conceptual knowledge of automated testing tools/frameworks/languages such as Selenium, TestNG, NUnit, Junity, JMeter, Eggplant, Karma, etc.

• Conceptual knowledge on agile integration. Working as part of an agile team utilizing Scrum, XP, Kanban, or SAFe Agile

• General SW testing knowledge

• Familiarity and understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control concepts
