Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Design and develop automation solutions for Real Time Communications systems Will be part of an agile team that develops end user provisioning and self-service automation to drive efficiencies in managing Real Time Communication’s systems (i.e., trader voice, voice recording, enterprise voice, mobile, session management, and contact center) Responsible for adhering to, owning, updating, and creating necessary security standards Ownership of controls to ensure platform operates efficiently and flawlessly Ability to create and implement thoughtful designs that will create frictionless interactions with internal customers Requirements: 7+ years of development experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Spring and J2EE design patterns, Server-side RESTful web services Experience in database development: SQL, stored procedures, triggers and views Experience in micro services software development, as well as a proven track record of development of enterprise solutions Bachelor’s Degree in information systems required; or similar experience Experience with micro service design patterns and architecture Experience in all aspects of System Development Lifecycle Good handle on Linux commands and shell scripts Experience in SDLC tool set: GitHub, Jenkins, ansible and tower Desired skills: Experience in developing UI using Angular and HTML Understanding of a large-scale Enterprise-level applications infrastructure Pay Range: $58.26 – $66.26 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
