Genetic Technologies Ltd Looking for Administration Assistant at Gisborne Full Time

Genetic Technologies Limited (GTL) is a 100% family owned and managed agribusiness which represents Pioneer® brand Seeds in New Zealand. We grow, distribute and sell maize seed nationally and around the world. We also offer a comprehensive range of other products.

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team based in Gisborne.  The administration team is also part of a wider Business Services team, who are based in Auckland. This role presents as an opportunity to contribute to the Gisborne seed production operation by providing administrative support.

You will be required to undertake a variety of duties including answering phones, handling customer enquiries and greeting external visitors. In addition, part of your role will be to process sales orders and invoices and assist with production processes and any other administration duties that arise to support the administration team. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in an administration role; have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills and good attention to detail.  Experience using Microsoft Office is essential and previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system would be an advantage but not essential.
