Genius Therapy LLC Hiring for Data Entry (Early Intervention) Job at Bronx, NY Full Time

Genius Therapy is an early intervention agency that was founded to promote and enhance the development of infants and young children with special needs between the ages of birth to three, and is seeking a Billing assistant to join its team.

We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, and who is willing to be a strong support for the rest of our office staff. Previous experience with Early Intervention is preferred. We are looking for someone who will be dedicated to learning the ins and outs of the position, and take ownership of potential growth and expansion of the position. This is an on-site position.

Job Functions:

• Process billing
• Keep administrative and therapy staff apprised of client billing status as needed
• Answer phone calls
• Paper file maintenance
• Review of session notes, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certification preferred
• Quick data entry skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Adaptable and task-oriented

Experience:

• Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
