As aTechnical Designer, it’s your job to join a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural and interiors projects. Leverage your industry experience and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through build.What You Will DoDemonstrate knowledge of the building code and zoning code to advise clients and team.Manage client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, and landscape consultants.Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officialsProvide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challengesMaintain project manual and specificationsConduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during constructionYour QualificationsBachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture8+ years of project experience in an architectural practiceLicensed/registered architectis desirable, not a requirementExperience and proficiency with Revit is requiredExperience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS OfficeWorking knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structuresDemonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices.*This is not a remote position.
