Job Title: Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry Analyst

Location: Orlando,FL

GenSpark is lookingto Hire, Train and Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry Analyst .

Job Requirements:

· Work flexibly in a centralized high performing team environment supporting internal and external clients who may be spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support project delivery

Setup and administration of projects including coordinating schedules, preparing document request lists, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and, reviewing documents and reports for correctness and formatting

Develop and maintain knowledge of policies and processes to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are met

Effectively review data across multiple systems

Maintain personal compliance of operational and regulatory risk

Handle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, and help resolve project issues with minimal supervision

Assist Team Leaders in the construction and execution of quality related, informal and formal development plans

HS Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor level degree preferred

Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to quickly and effectively communicate ideas through written narratives and diagrams

Beginner awareness and understanding of business and technical competencies

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook etc.)

Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operational environment

Ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from various database and software applications via Microsoft products

Adaptable and strong collaboration skills

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
