Gentle Dental Hiring for Dental Receptionist Job at Arlington, MA Full Time

We are a well established general and multi specialty dental office looking for a front office coordinator to join our team. Experience working with Dentrix or similar patient management software is a plus. Candidate must be energetic and have a great personality. Our team is committed to improving communication, having a willingness to learn and grow together, and bringing our best each day.

While previous dental experience is preferred, we want to find the right person for the position, and we are willing to train someone with excellent customer service skills and a high level of commitment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Welcoming patients to our office in a warm, friendly, and professional manner on the phone and in person
• Discussing treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and making follow-up calls
• Presenting financial arrangements, verifying insurance (we are not contracted with any insurances) and collecting payments
• Being an active participant in weekly team meetings and periodic marketing activities
