Work effectively alone and in a team environment with quality and timely results Continuously monitor the platform for operational excellence and for process improvements Assist with production support, align to on-call schedule and be available to provide support during off peak hours while on on-call schedule Manage and maintain lower level environments (DEV, QA, Staging) Own platform and acquire knowledge of all operational and maintenance activities including and up to monitoring the efforts Creation of current state of system flow that will be used as an artifact for future development and troubleshooting Deploy, configure, document and debug software, while properly escalating issues to meet deadlines.
