GESS Security Looking for Sales Assistant at North Vancouver, BC Full Time

Job description

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Sales Assistant to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and partners
• Build and qualify sales leads
• Reaching out to opportunities by making calls
• Conduct market research, build client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management and clients.
• Creating and maintaining accurate accounts and activity records
• Learning about the products and services we provide to our customers
• Provide feedback on marketing initiatives, market conditions, and competitors and trends
• Follow up with potential customers to arrange or facilitate a sales-driven call (e.g., Price Quotes, scheduling)

Requirements:

• Friendly and personable demeanour.

• Self-directed; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Strong time management skills

• 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or a similar field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• A valid driver’s license
• Persuasive and able to evaluate alternatives
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Knowledge and familiarity with Security Industry (Preferred)
• Excellent work ethic, self-motivated and driven.
• Excellent multi-tasking, decision-making, and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
