Expectations

• Support the Talent and Culture Manager with all Human Resources administration tasks with a focus on recruiting and onboarding of new employees
• Support Operations Managers with administration tasks with a focus on purchasing and invoicing

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Human Resources

Assist the Talent and Culture Manager with all aspects of Human Resources from an administrative perspective including:

• Recruiting:
  • Posting and managing job requisitions ensuring that all applications are actioned appropriately, and job requisitions are closed in a timely manner, re-opened when required
  • Screening all job applications
  • Setting up phone screens and interviews
  • Following up on interviews and completing necessary actions
  • Sending offer letters
• Onboarding of new employees:
  • Issuing uniform
  • Completing all administration tasks in the HRIS
  • Issuing parking pass
  • Hosting new hire orientations
• Managing employee HR administration needs throughout their employment:
  • Offboarding paperwork and processing
  • Ensuring all employee documentation is up to date and complete
• Staff Housing:
  • Working with the Staff Housing Caretaker to ensure all staff housing requirements are met including leases, move in and move out inspections, tracking rent payments

Operations Administration

Work with the Assistant Director, Maintenance Manager and Spa Experience Manager to ensure administrative tasks are completed including:

• Credit card reconciliations for Maintenance department
• Invoicing approval for operations departments
• Purchasing and stock control for operations departments
• Purchasing and stock control of first aid supplies

Prerequisites:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a previous administration or HR position
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills
• High attention to detail with ability to multi-task
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Experience with ADP or other HRIS an asset
• Must have great communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to think on their feet, be proactive, problem solve, and deal with change on a daily basis
• Must be available to work full-time and available to work onsite
