Job Summary

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing new features and functionalities for our cutting-edge communication system. Your responsibilities will extend to enhancing the scalability of our backend infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability. We foster a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued – you will have the opportunity to identify and recommend code optimizations, propose new technologies, and contribute to the overall improvement of our technology stack. Additionally, you will lead by example, providing mentorship to teammates, overseeing the technical aspects of our backend servers, and actively participating in all facets of our system, including backend, frontend, communication, and device internals.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop new features and functionalities for our communication system.

Enhance the scalability of the backend infrastructure to accommodate growth.

Identify and optimize areas of code for refactoring, ensuring high performance.

Actively participate in suggesting and adopting new technologies for continuous improvement.

Lead and mentor teammates, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.

Manage the technical aspects of backend servers, monitoring and ensuring their health.

Contribute to the design and architecture of new features during sprint preparation.

Skills / Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience working with related technologies in an agile team environment.

Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and Typescript server development.

Proficiency in SQL.

Experience with React.js and React Native.

Advantageous: Experience in C# and Azure environment.

Advantageous: Familiarity with Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Objective-C/Swift) development.

Strong desire and ability to learn new technologies and embrace challenges.
