We are looking for a talented Full Stack React Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our agile development team, you will play a crucial role in implementing our vision of a modern API and omni-channel Digital Servicing platform.

Responsibilities

Collaborate as a core member of an agile team, leading user story elaboration, design, development, testing, and implementation of software application and infrastructure-as-code.

Write code and unit tests, conduct code reviews and testing, and actively participate in the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across environments.

Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies, perform ongoing refactoring of code, and lead a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Work closely with stakeholders, prioritize features for ongoing sprints, and manage a list of technical requirements based on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Actively study new and emerging technologies, maintain documentation, coding standards, and style guides.

Mentor junior and new engineers, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence.

Mandatory Skills

4+ years of software development experience in a professional environment.

Knowledgeable in modern API technologies, architecture, and design practices with hands-on experience in one or more API technologies.

Experience in designing and building Cloud-native applications, familiarity with cloud technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Terraform is a plus.

Proficiency in at least one of these languages (NodeJS, React, React Native, Python, Java).

Experience with NoSQL databases and distributed messaging systems.

Self-starting mentality, passion for experimentation, and an interest in game-changing technology.

Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools such as Gitlab Pipelines, Jenkins, or GitHub.

Proficient oral and written communication skills.

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
