Position Details

Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 per year (Full-time exempt position)

Work Arrangement: 100% remote

Eligibility: Due to clearance requirements, only U.S. citizens may apply.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Junior Software Developer, you will actively contribute to the Software Development Lifecycle, including:

Independently designing and engineering new software products or enhancing existing ones.

Developing innovative solutions for complex problems, considering technical constraints and desired outcomes.

Coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs, with an emphasis on conducting code reviews.

Collaborating with the Cybersecurity team to implement and maintain a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) based on industry standards.

Education And Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

IAT Level II Certification.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise or proficiency in the following:

Collegiate experience in software design, development, installation, integration, and testing.

Proficiency in Apache Tomcat, Oracle RDS, Spring Framework, MSWIN Server 2019, RHEL7.9 -> RHEL8, Oracle Java 1.8, and IronBank Containers.

Working knowledge of Java, SAQL, XML, Maven, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, Freemarker Template, and JSON.

Clearance

Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for at least Secret access to classified information.

Travel

Minimal travel required, if any.
