Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure integrations with clients’ marketing platforms to deliver dynamic content across multiple channels, including Email, Web, Facebook, and Push notifications.
• Ensure all client specifications are thoroughly addressed, including content data transfers and conversion tracking metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve timely and seamless integration setups.
• Provide ongoing support for clients’ campaign content delivery and troubleshoot any arising issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for procedures and workflows.
• Execute rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure flawless delivery of marketing assets.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent tools).
• Strong experience in creating responsive HTML email templates compatible with leading email clients.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and web analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or InDesign is an advantage.
• Experience in social media, email marketing, and mobile applications is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills in English, combined with strong organizational capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a proven collaborative team player.

Qualifications

• A preferred educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in web design and campaign management.
