Responsibilities
As a Web Developer with us, you will:
Write well-designed, efficient code following best software development practices.
Develop and maintain TFM software applications and custom solutions.
Create intuitive website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices.
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
Gather and refine specifications based on technical needs.
Maintain software documentation and respond to software-related help desk tickets.
Ensure the security and responsiveness of web pages through troubleshooting and optimization.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance our operations.
Review and test code submissions from other developers on the team.
Collaborate on troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software.
Write test cases for new and existing functionality.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Skills And Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
A minimum of 3 years of web development experience.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with various organizational levels.
Proven working experience in web programming.
Strong programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
Experience with web-based programming languages such as PHP (preferred) or Python.
Familiarity with ReactJS or comparable front-end frameworks.
Strong knowledge of relational database design, optimization, and SQL.
Understanding of web applications, including security, session management, and best development practices.
Familiarity with automated testing tools such as PHPUnit.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within timelines and budgets.
Creative problem-solving skills.
