Position: Software Developer
Are you passionate about software development and ready to take your skills to the next level? Join us in expanding your technical expertise in C# and SQL programming, with a specific focus on the development of SDM and LGV Manager systems in the logistics sector.
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, USA (This is a permanent position)
Travel: Get ready for an adventure! Expect to travel 40-60% of the time, visiting our valued customers and vendors in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Your Responsibilities
As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in our success. Your key responsibilities include:
Analyzing technical specifications provided to you
Developing system management programs according to specifications and software standards
Conducting on-site software testing at our Charlotte headquarters using simulation systems
Installing software at production plants across North America
Assisting with software start-up, ensuring implemented functions are verified
Providing production assistance during plant delivery phases
Compiling daily/weekly reports and promptly communicating them to the relevant office
Offering remote support during project closure phases
Who You Are
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, CIS, or equivalent knowledge in IDE and development skills
General knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and the .NET environment (C#, .NET Framework)
Experience with Visual Studio, Git, and Database Development Languages (T – SQL)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a desire to learn from and help other developers
Possession of a valid Driver’s License
Willingness to travel to client sites throughout NAFTA countries (USA, Canada, and Mexico)
