What you’ll be doing as a Data Entry Clerk:

Will be providing clerical and administrative support in the office

Answering telephones and routing calls

Assist customers/employees

Data entry of spreadsheets

Using Quickbooks

Organize/file paperwork

Salary: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

Available shifts: Flexible Full time and Part time (At least 2 days a week)

Job requirements:

High School Diploma/GED

Computer literacy required

Previous clerical and office experience required

Excellent writing, customer service and communication skills

Phone experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Some Quickbooks knowledge not required but necessary

Background check and drug screening required

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Self-determined schedule
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riverdale, MD 20737: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
