Our Hosts/Hostesses have a passion for hospitality and are a very important part of our venue. Being an ambassador to our standards and core values. By consistently providing a warm welcome and great service, the Host provides a first and last impression to our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned as requested)

Greet and seat guests

Manage a wait list

Manage a floor plan

Communicate with guests who are waiting

Support service staff where needed

Required experience and qualifications:
Previous customer service experience considered an asset

Excellent communication skills

Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Professional presentation

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Organization skills

Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast pace environment

Work well within a team

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
