The opportunity

The role

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices for responsible business units. Gather invoices, get proper approvals, code and key into E-1 Accounting system.
• Process paper checks, ACH and electronic wire payments for responsible locations weekly. Follow internal controls and company approved guidelines.
• Key journal entries as needed. Maintain various spreadsheets weekly and monthly for management.
• Maintain Accounts Payable file cabinets. Maintain Contract files.
• Serve as backup for other Accounting Clerk as needed, including reception duties. Serve as backup for Accounts Payable Supervisor as needed.

• High school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience required.
