Provide support to services and benefits to all employees, following the policies approved for such purposes, as well as assist the HR area.

• Who the role reports into: Human Resources Coordinator

The role 

• Archive all documentation generated in the department, keeping employee files up to date.
• Carry out and follow up on the agenda of medical (psychological) service consultations.  
• Prepare and send employee deductions to the Credit Union and Payroll.
• Coordinate the daily & monthly celebration of birthdays.
• Update and send to payroll the reports of news of supplementary health insurance, for discount purposes.
• Request checks corresponding to payment from service providers (transportation, cafeteria, cooperative, health insurance).
• Keep the informative murals for employees updated (birthdays of the month, etc.)
• The variation of this position, related to Labor Relations Assistant, include the following tasks:
• Apply disciplinary processes in accordance with the current Labor Code, policies, procedures and internal regulations established in the company, guaranteeing a fair and impartial handling of labor disputes.
• Carry out the process of terminating contracts, verifying and fully complying with the documentation and communication requirements to the corresponding areas.

The requirements 

• Student or graduated of Business Administration, Industrial Psychology/Lawyer or similar ones. 
• 6 months in similar positions, or demonstrable experience performing the work of the position
• Skills: Adaptability, Initiative, Results – oriented, teamwork and collaboration.
