Marketing Manager for Fragrance Division – Your future position?
Do you hold fragrances close to your heart and trends constantly in your head? As Marketing Manager in our Fragrance division, you will provide competitive-edge marketing strategies to support sales objectives in a very creative and sophisticated industry.
As you share your market analysis and consumer knowledge, you will be the ‘go to’ brand expert for all our key customer brands and hold vital market knowledge of new fragrance launches and current product trends. Together with your strong knowledge and multitask marketing abilities, the following skills will be required of you:
- Develop and manage Fabric and Home Care category expertise
- Provide: category/consumer//market understanding in North Latam Region (Mexico, CAM) for Clients and other Givaudan Affiliates
- Based on the category expertise and consumer insights, be able to identify market opportunities for new or current business and translate them into relevant and differentiating perfume offerings and product solutions.
- Responsible of Market Overview: Market Analysis including Facts & Figures, Category Potentials Brand & Portfolio Understanding, Country Specifics, Olfactive Highlights, Key trends.
- As an expert, maintain and/or develop customer intimacy to strengthen Givaudan business.
- Learn the art of story building to engage our customer in all the fragrance development journey
- Support internal areas: with information, inspiring presentations, workshops and business cases in order to fulfil clients and other Givaudan affiliates requests.
- Build effective partnerships with other teams: sales, perfumers, technical, development.
- Inspire and motivate the different teams with our marketing tools and fresh ideas.

Your professional profile includes:
- Previous experience in marketing: data analysis, market strategy, product development
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Fluent English
- Project management skill
- Excellent Power Point skills.
- Desirable knowledge of Photoshop
