An exciting new role in the USA is now available for a Customer Service Representative to join our passionate and diverse Sales Team. We are looking for someone who has a enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service, someone who has a high attention to detail and has the ability to multi-task. Reporting into our USA based Director of Sales and our Australian based Customer Service and Corporate Account Manager. This role is a permanent full-time position based in New York. This role offers a Competitive Salary, Health Insurance and PTO.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for daily entering of orders
• Coordinate with National Training Manager and Sales Agencies to ensure all accounts are trained in product knowledge
• Assist with all phone and email enquires including; tracking, product issues, product queries, ex-warehouse dates, stock order entry and additions to orders
• Liaising with Sales and Sales Agents to maintain and order new and replacement Testers
• Liaising with Sapphire’s PR Manager and Marketing team to ensure all send outs and marketing material is delivered on time and stock and samples are readily available
• Assist with all Retailers and complaints regarding both product and freight issues
• Manage complaints that come through Preface (Online Customer Service)
• Assist Accounts Receivable with cancelled orders, order amendments and payment issues
• Ensure all order forms are up to date and available for staff and agents
• Any accounts that need phone sales service

Who you are:

• Must have 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service position
• Fast and accurate order entry skills are a must
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both a team and individual environments
• Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to use SAP (B1)- (training will be provided)
• Ability to pick up all errors and must have an eye for detail
• Must be able to prioritize competing deadlines
• Hours are 10am-6pm EST, Hybrid working- part office and part remote
