A medium size 106 Unit apartment building in Green Ohio is looking for a permanent part time office/cleaning Manager to work 4 part time days per week. Days and hours of work are as follow: Mondays–1-6 PM, Wednesdays–1-6 PM, Fridays—1-6 PM and Saturdays –12-3 PM for a total of 18 hours per week, but pay will be for 20 hours per week with 2 hours considered as Lunch break. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with people and good with word processing and have basic knowledge in proper letter writing and must be willing to do light cleaning and vacuuming., Though this positoopn is part-time, it is a PARMANENT position.
