Glen Transport
Glen Transport is currently searching for a highly motivated Personnel Administrator to join our growing team! The Personnel Administrator will provide office and administrative support.
- This will be a Part Time position to start, with the potential for Full Time work.

Based in Skookumchuck BC, Glen Transport specializes in hauling woodchips, sawdust/shavings, hog fuel, petroleum and aggregates in the East Kootenay region.
The Personnel Administrator will also be responsible for:
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Completing expense reports for drivers when required
- Entering fiber tickets
- Entering Fuel tickets
- Supporting managers and completing all COR filing
- Preparing hiring packages – working with new hires on collecting information
- Admin duties such as greeting customers, clerical tasks, filing, typing, processing, restocking supplies
- Maintaining all employee files
- Supporting the Division Manager
The successful candidate must possess:
- Sound customer relation skills,
- Time management skills,
- Highly organized. The working environment is fast-paced so the ability to multi-task is mandatory.
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of the transportation industry an asset
- Strong computer skills (excel and word)
Schedule:
- 20 hours/week
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
