As Office Manager at Glenmore Chiropractic, you are responsible for running the office smoothly,creating and maintaining a healthy and positive working environment, and encouraging staff andpractitioners to do their best every day. This position is flexible with some work hours being able tobe performed from home. 30-40 hours per week.
Duties of the Office Manager include, but are not limited to:
– Overseeing staff and daily operation of office
– Maintaining order, neatness and cleanliness of clinic
– Insurance and ICBC claim submissions and approvals
– Managing and scheduling a team of staff members
– On occasion, hiring and training of staff
– Scheduling for our team of Chiropractors, RMT’s, and other Practitioners
– Knowledge of Jane Software Electronic Medical Records preferred
– Day-end reconciliations
– Accounts Receivable
– Accounts Payable
– Bank Deposits
– Month-End Preparation
– Front desk and reception duties
– Knowledge of opening and closing procedures
– Ordering of retail and office supplies
– Problem solving
– Other duties as assigned
– Excellent computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and Gmail,
– Previous experience with electronic health records (Jane) preferred
– Proven work experience
– Professional attitude and appearance
