The Graduate Manufacturing & Innovation Engineer is responsible for identifying opportunities to implement or improve processes and systems.

Key responsibilities and duties

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that will benefit from changes and improvements. Prioritise all improvement projects with a view on benefit cost ratios.
• Apply technical knowledge gained from professional studies to the design and manufacturing processes.
• Assist in the research and development of new products and manufacturing methodologies
• Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
• Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders

• Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

Requirements

• You hold or be working towards a Degree qualification in Engineering, Innovation or Manufacturing Technology
• You must have the ability to use initiative and be self-motivated
• An interest in residential property is desirable
• Ability to work as part of a team is essential
• Good IT skills are also required
