We’re looking for professional customer service representatives to join our organization and help us serve our customer base. Our customer service representatives are responsible for interacting with customers to provide support and assistance related to their purchases, frequently using company policies to solve customer issues. The CSR will also be expected to answer incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
