Role Description

We are looking to hire positive and enthusiastic individuals to be a part of our influential Social Media Marketing team to help continue growing our company. We have been recognized as one of the biggest advertisers in North America on social media forums such as Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest. We have multiple brands across different pages and are constantly adding to our existing portfolio. We are looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create online ads for search and social platforms
• Manage social media pages across multiple brands
• Monitor and track advertising analytics and performance
• Create sales reports
• Add products to ecommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce
• Understanding how different verticals work and thereby able to manage websites
• Respond to customer posts on social media ads/pages
• Ensure positive customer engagement and increase brand presence
• Product research and keep on par with the competition
• Create and learn product uploading and descriptive content creation
• Contact and manage relationships with social media sponsors and brand ambassadors

What We’re Looking For:

• Either certified or learned Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School, Google Ads Course, Analytics, Pinterest Advertising & Snapchat Ads Creation
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Should be abreast on the latest social media trends
• Familiar with Social Media marketing best practices (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Pinterest)
• Experience with Photoshop and/or Canva (preferred)
• University Degree or College Education (Marketing, Communications related fields preferred)
• A flexible individual who is open to doing additional tasks when required
• Customer service or public relations experience is an asset
• Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic individuals who work well in a fast-paced, team environment

Requirements:

• Graduate Degree
• Microsoft Office experience: 1+ year
• Marketing/Advertising experience: 0-5 years
• Social Networking and/or Social Media Ads: 0-5 years
• Good internet, technical setup, ability to work from home without distractions
