We are looking for qualified and experienced Assessor who-:

Hold a Bachelor or Master’s in Education & Training
A recognized teaching qualification (PTLLS, Certificate in Education and Training, as an example)
Has tutoring experience in Education & Training with relevant up-to-date knowledge.
Have experience of identifying, developing, and sharing innovative and creative teaching resources
Have experience of working with students who may have little experience of education and training (desirable).

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following qualities:

Energy and passion to motivate and train learners
Ability to deliver high quality training
Strong communication skills, be approachable and able to initiate ideas
Ability to priorities, good organizational skills and ability to adhere to deadlines and targets
Full competency and a passion in the delivery of apprenticeship Standards in the following areas:
Show accuracy and precision in written presentation.
Customer Service
Team Leading & Management
IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft office is a must

Responsibilities will include:

To support the delivery underpinning of knowledge through workshops and learner one-to-ones, in line with the above-mentioned standards
To ensure all workshops and sessions are fully prepared offering inspiring and interactive delivery
To monitor learner progress and performance in meeting their individual needs, aspirations and set targets
Plan and deliver training to learners that identifies individual learning needs, preferred approaches and prior skills and knowledge to ensure maximum impact
To schedule timely visits and carry out assessments/training within the workplace where appropriate
To support learners within their functional skills and digital skills developments throughout their apprenticeship program

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Salary: £30.00-£50.00 per hour
