The Role:

This opportunity would suit a recent graduate who is adaptable, flexible, willing to challenge and be challenged. You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and problem solving and troubleshooting ability.

You will be a member of a cross functional team which includes Full Stack Developers, BA/QA/Testers and Product Owners. Day to day you will be tasked with driving quality and working on cross platform/device web applications using some of the latest web technologies.

Reporting to the Software Manager, you will be mentored by an experienced team of Senior Developers to deliver small software upgrades and support the business with internally developed software related helpdesk inquiries.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Investigate helpdesk inquiries for all internally developed software
• Manage the helpdesk queue
• Ensure developed software & database solutions incorporate current development standards & design practices.
• Support & troubleshoot software defects
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Assist in the writing of specification documents
• Work efficiently & to deadlines
• Identify bottlenecks, bugs and escalate technical issues accordingly
