**Summary of Role:**
This is a senior position requiring a deep understanding of semiconductor technology and ecosystem required to support successful deployment of our clients’ differentiated technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have had experience in working with semiconductor ecosystem players with a strong foundation in advanced semiconductors, IP, and design. The role requires an individual who is comfortable developing and articulating end-to-end technology offerings across the entire enterprise. This person will use the above skills in developing strategic business partnerships around our clients offering portfolio to ensure they have a robust ecosystem of high quality partners with multiple IP titles. This individual will be the trusted advisor to offering management, sales, and customers in aligning the best partner solution with a portfolio offering. This will include securing competitive ecosystem solutions at the lowest possible cost. In this role you will be responsible for North America, Central America and South ecosystem business development activities related to local IP, EDA, and Design Services companies.
**Essential Responsibilities Include:**
– Assessment of local market with clear recommendations on who our client should be partnering with
– Create and drive local ecosystem partnerships by positioning our clients’ technologies as the differentiated semiconductor platform of choice to invest in
– Act as the single point of contact for the ecosystem partners and coordinate with internal cross functional teams to ensure alignment on all activities related to the partner
– Conduct quarterly formal senior executive reviews with the most strategic partners and ensure the right level of executive relationships are developed from the CEO down
– Secure competitive ecosystem solutions for our clients’ platforms at the lowest possible cost
– Collaborate with sales to engage clients and ensure they promote the best partners to drive design-win closure
– Become the trusted advisor and subject matter expert for the local ecosystem
– Monitor and report on market trends and competition and assess the impact on our clients’ business
**Other Responsibilities:**
– Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
**Required Qualifications:**
– Master of Sciences Electronics Engineering/MBA or equivalent
– Experience – 10 years
– Strong team player with a positive attitude and proactive work ethic and great communication skills
– Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
– Experience working with international and diverse teams and at multiple levels of management
– Travel 75% to visit partners and build relationships – Pending Covid guidelines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience / understanding of ASIC / SoC design process
– Understanding of Silicon Ecosystem and IP providers
