The BPR Department develops new business processes, using leading edge IT technologies, to deliver new capabilities in order to support the company growth and new product deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations project effort to update the automated Customs EDI, Documentation & SAP process for emerging market countries.
• Document internal Operations system & process requirements for IT and external Supply Chain partners.
• Collaborate with internal & external partners to ensure they understand the scope & detail of the changes and ensure design meets requirements.
• Plan & execute User Acceptance Testing with teams & external partners to test the defined solution.
• Plan & execute production Cutover & Go Live in partnership with IS&T and external Supply Chain partners.
• Influence and gain the consensus of your partners on approach, priorities and solutions.
• Project manage multi-functional re-engineering implementations.
• Develop good, up to date knowledge of current and future capabilities

Qualifications

• Experience developing & implementing business processes in one of the following areas: Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Planning
• SAP advanced user -SAP Supply Chain experience is a fundamental requirement. SAP end-user experience is also required. Expert knowledge of other SAP modules e.g. SD/MM/FI
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload within strict deadlines
• Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail skills
• Commercially focused and self-motivated with the ability to drive positive change
• Bring proven expertise in project management techniques and the full project lifecycle (with a particular focus on gathering business requirements & driving user acceptance testing).
• Excellent business insight with problem resolution skills.
• Experience managing key partners at all levels of senior management and become a trusted advisor to functional business leaders.

Education

• Degree in MIS, computer science, IIPMM or business related fields. SAP Supply Chain experience is a fundamental requirement. SAP end-user experience is also required. Expert knowledge of other SAP modules e.g. SD/MM/FI
