Adult Education Tutor – Swindon

We are currently looking for a Tutor to work in our Swindon centre to ensure a motivational and inspiring journey for our learners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proven track record of tutoring learners and providing adult training courses.

Go Train support thousands of people every year to get back into work, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our friendly and hardworking team in Swindon to tutor adults in vocational skills.

Swindon Tutor Requirements:

• Ability to tutor small groups of learners (average of 8 learners per group)
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent attention to detail with experience of working in compliance orientated role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Progression Frame

Unqualified Tutors £21,000

Level 3 Qualified Tutors £24,000

Leave 4 and above Qualified Tutors £26,000 – £28,000
