As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our company and play a crucial role in creating a 5-star customer service experience for each customer. Your role, as the face and voice of our company, is a vital one! We are looking for individuals with a professional attitude, strong customer service focus, and the ability to be resourceful and proactive in resolving customer concerns. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Our Customer Service Representative’s job duties include:

· Answering incoming phone calls and directing them accordingly

· Booking HVAC maintenance and service jobs

· Outbound calling to schedule prepaid maintenances

· Utilize scheduling software to record data/metrics for reporting purposes

· Work directly with the Dispatch department to coordinate booking jobs

· Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and offering administrative support across all departments

· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

· Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and email correspondence

Starting wage is $18 an hour PLUS structured monthly spiffs

Required Qualifications:

· Customer service experience

· Working in a fast-paced environment

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Strong time-management skill

Desired Qualifications:

· Experience with scheduling software such as ServiceTitan

· Experience in the HVAC/plumbing industry

· Proficient in Outlook

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
