Residential Pool Maintenance Technician

Hours: Full Time or Part Time, Flexible Hours, Excellent Work/Life Balance!

Signing Bonus: $250 after 90 Days

Training Pay: $15/Hour (2/3 Weeks of Training)

Full/Part Time Pay: $13/Pool, $14+/Pool if CPO Licensed

The Residential Pool Maintenance Technician manages a swimming pool route that includes cleaning of swimming pools each week and manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks.

Tasks include:

• Managing truck inventory of equipment
• Properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool weekly
• Spot upsell opportunities outside of the repair call
• Utilize Jobber mobile platform on a smart phone

Purpose:

• Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the weekly service of customers’ pools and identification of any pool related issues

Essential Functions:

• Provide weekly customer maintenance and cleaning of customers’ pools
• Identify any issues with equipment and report to the proper personnel
• Communicate the status of the pool with the homeowner
• Ensure all activities are performed in a safe manner

Required:

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• The ability to lift 100 pounds
• Ability to work outside in a variety of temperatures
• Prior experience is not needed – we will train the right candidate who has a good work ethic and mechanical aptitude

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Comfortable in the use of chemicals
• Experience in customer service preferred

Work Environment/Hours:

• This position works outside at customers’ homes
• Flexible Hours! (Generally 8am-4pm)
