The Liquidity Solutions team, within Asset Management, is seeking a Money Market Trader at the Associate/Vice President level based in New York. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the trading/portfolio management team and will help to manage liquidity investments across portfolios/strategy types. Principal Responsibilities: Trading of money market securities across our mutual fund complex and separately managed accounts Identifying and implementing security selection and relative value opportunities Recommending, allocating, and executing trades Monitor asset allocation relative to guidelines and goals; evaluates need to rebalance; portfolio optimization Working with client portfolio managers to build and monitor risk in portfolios, including management of cash flows Maintaining and improving various trading tools and the accuracy of the data they employ Developing and maintaining sell-side trading relationships Entrepreneurial business management, developing new opportunities and representing the business in new opportunities Basic Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in fixed income portfolio management / trading / treasury Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships Ability to excel in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment CFA charter holder, or being a candidate, favorable Positive mindset, entrepreneurial and ambitious personality Strategically minded Strong work ethic Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
