The Administrative Assistant completes responsibilities and administrative tasks for the President & Chief Executive Officer and other senior members of the CEO’s staff and provides assistance for the Executive Management Team upon request in a confidential manner. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the coordination of management events. This position may also provides occasional support for other executives upon request. In conjunction with department leadership, the Administrative Assistant continually evaluates and audits administrative practices/procedures and takes initiative to implement and/or make recommendations for change. This role will also be responsible for receptionist responsibilities in a low-traffic office environment.
The job will be located on the Pineland Campus where the CEO has his office and the job is not remote.
