Good Feet Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Denver, CO Full Time

Due to expansion and growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and experienced individual who has experience in recruiting, screening, staffing, and hiring employees. The position will require full-time recruiting and various administrative and operational duties for our local Denver team, as well as other territories remotely.

Full-Time Position:

Monday through Friday; various hours due to various time zones; some weekends may be required.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-year prior Hiring experience.
• Strong proficiency with office/ telephone equipment: Multi-line phones, printer, scanner, copier, etc.
• Strong proficiency with computer technology, navigation, and software knowledge of: Excel, Word, PDF’s, and quick ability to learn new software.
• Competent in writing, composing, and formatting professional business letters, e-mails, memos, etc.
• Strong navigation skills on the internet.
• Imperative to be a Type “A” Enthusiastic, positive, bubbly, outgoing, friendly personality, does not procrastinate.
• Creative ability to assist and lead in screening and recruiting of employees for a variety of positions for retail stores.
• Must be punctual and organized.
• Jack-of-all-trade type able to perform other operational job duties/reports/etc.

Compensation: $60,000 per year
