About You:
Are you a driven and ambitious Sales Manager with experience in FMCG, key account management, and leading teams? Good George, one of the most exciting and successful craft breweries and distilleries in New Zealand, is searching for a talented professional to spearhead our small high-performing sales team and propel our business to new heights.
Based in the stunning Waikato region or Auckland-ish, you will be responsible for driving sales and margin across our on-premise, grocery, and traditional liquor channels nationwide.
Your expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting will guide strategic decision-making and set your team up for success. Additionally, your exceptional interpersonal skills will empower you to oversee key accounts, drive distribution efforts, and execute impactful promotional campaigns. About You:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG
· Previous experience in leading teams.
· Prior experience in the liquor industry is desirable, but not absolutely necessary
· Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
· Independent thinker with the ability to generate unique perspectives and ideas.
· Team player who brings out the best in others, supports their development, and effectively manages the team.
· Proficient in data analysis and comfortable working with numbers.
· Genuine passion for beer, cider, spirits, cocktails, and the Good George brand.
· Strong presentation skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
