Good Shepherd Lutheran Community Hiring for Nurse Scheduling Coordinator Job at Blair, NE Full Time

Responsibilities Include:

Reports to the Director of Nursing.

Scheduling CNAs and Nurses to cover shifts at a 24 hour skilled nursing care facility.

Must be willing to multi-task during the day, as well as have the flexibility to work on the nursing floor when it is needed.

Order supplies for the nursing department.

Work with contract agencies and nurses, when needed, to schedule appropriate amount of nurses for proper resident care.

Customer Service
Outbound/Inbound phone calls
Taking calls while out of the facility

Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Preferred candidate to have a minimum of active CMA and CNA licenses in the state of Nebraska.

• Nursing Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
• Staff Scheduling: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• CMA/CNA (Preferred)
