HR Generalist Job Duties:
- New hire orientations, routine check-in s and exit interviews for all employees
- Performance management assistance activities
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to recruit, interview, and select candidates
- Provide HR support to employees in relation to absences/leaves, benefits administration, etc.
HR Generalist Job Requirements
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of human resources experience, preferably in a distribution/manufacturing environment
- HR certification (SHRM, HRCI) preferred
