rimary Purpose:
Manage the development of the Sales Academy platform for Goodyear and commercial partners

Develop a strategy for remote training via digital platform

Coordinate the integration of knowledge between the different areas of the company focusing on Marketing Strategies and Sales.

Develop, implement and monitor traditional and e-learning training programs, Consumer, Commercial and Mass merchandise.

Manage the implementation of pilot training programs to support regional strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
Development of basic and advanced programs for training and retraining of staff

Goodyear and its revendedores.Fazer of our main Sales Academy training and training management tool, either for personal Goodyear, as its dealers.

Keep a constant feedback to the Marketing Managers, Directors of Sales, regional managers, dealers, authorized Goodyear tire repairers, fleet operators and other distribution channels.

Establish an educational process for the sales staff of Goodyear, using resources

internal training and seeking solutions with external partners and educational institutions when needed.

Support, develop and implement new programs and also identify and implement new technologies for knowledge dissemination (digital platform), sdapting the methodology as needs
