Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in brand/product marketing, consumer strategy, consumer goods, and technology companies/agencies.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to bring innovative systems to customer challenges.
- Ability to position business value of Google’s technology to help with digital transformation of companies in the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Excellent consultative skills.

As an Account Executive, you will lead the digital transformation of Health, Beauty, and Personal Care industry in Latin America through excellent strategic understanding of clients needs being the reflection of the consumer, to build and promote the products that will make daily life better. You will optimize the opportunities and delivery through excellent execution.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate long-term relationships with executives and customers’ decision makers, as well as their agency counterparts.
- Develop solutions for customers in order to optimize their advertising investment and maximize the use of products (e.g., Video, Display, Search, Mobile, etc.).
- Develop plans for digital transformation and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on Creative Works, Platforms, Agency, Google Cloud, and other teams to drive the digital strategy for customers.
- Work with cross-functional teams on building long-term relationships with customers.
