Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in advertising sales, customer support, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Ability to speak and write in Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of products across all digital advertising areas and traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to be a thought leader within the digital marketing space.
- Ability to manage a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and achieve goals to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of GCS businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building plans for achievement.
- Collaborate within the sales team, align workflow among team members to execute on plans, and ensure accountability to work towards business goals while prioritizing and delivering an excellent customer experience to meet advertisers’ goals.
- Communicate with customers and share and collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature development.
- Implement creative ways to improve customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other Google products.
- Identify key client stakeholders and consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
