Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role of a technical nature.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a technical troubleshooting, customer support, and account/campaign management role
- Experience with Mobile Advertising or Google Advertising products including Google Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager
- Previous experience or internships in a technical troubleshooting, customer support, and account/campaign management role
- Being highly proactive, organized, responsible, and having the proven ability to work well with a team
- Customer focus with strong communication skills and client facing experience, ideally of a technical nature

gTech Customer Experience (gCare) is a solution-generating team that helps our sales teams and advertisers make the most out of our products. These solutions need to be scalable to support millions of customers worldwide. As an Apps Solutions Consultant, you will act as specialist support for sales teams and customers, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will focus on managing troubleshooting tasks so that the sales teams can concentrate their efforts on customer-specific activities. You will be responsible for liaising with internal/external stakeholders to provide communication on customer issues and questions. You will perform problem prioritization, analysis, and resolution of issues.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary range between $109,000 – $117,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
- Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from Sales teams and Google’s advertisers, agencies, and partners.
- Apply deep product expertise in solving complex and sensitive technical customer issues and escalations across Google’s App Ads products which can’t be resolved by support teams.
- Engage with cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales, Engineering, and Product teams) to identify and resolve product bugs/issues.
- Contribute to the development of internal products and processes, including developing documentation and training materials.
- Work directly with internal sales teams as well as engage with large customers.
