Minimum qualifications:
JD, equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
Admitted to the bar in which position is located and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status).
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of legal experience, advising enterprise clients in a demanding/fast paced environment (either at a law firm, in-house, or combination of both).
Experience working on AI related matters/products, particularly generative AI.
Experience analyzing policy/regulatory proposals and advocating sophisticated positions/compliance strategies.
Understanding of privacy and intellectual property law.
Ability to take initiative and independently drive projects with clients and colleagues.

As an Associate Product Counsel. you will advise on a constantly-evolving portfolio of enterprise products. You will join the Cloud AI Product Counsel team that supports Cloud AI enterprise products and solutions (inclusive of a portfolio of generative AI offerings). You will work with highly collaborative colleagues with market expertise on complex challenges at the forefront of generative AI including a wide variety of regulatory/policy/privacy/security/IP issues, strategic transactions, and more.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$290,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
