Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in technology education, across multiple audience segments (e.g., enterprise customers, partners, employees and public sector).
8 years of experience managing globally dispersed teams.
Experience managing product Go-to-Market (e.g., commercialization, internal and partner sales, technical enablement).
Preferred qualifications:
Graduate degree in Computer Science or MBA.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment with the experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Excellent organization development skills, with demonstrated experience in developing training functions and influence in a global matrixed organization.
Executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting and collaborating with clients, vendors, staff, and internal business partners.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time domestically and internationally.

Within Learning Services, the Offers and Partnerships team works cross-functionally internally and externally to guide the entire Learning organization on creating the best product for our customers/learners. The team consists of technology-oriented content Portfolio manage managers, and learning and platform-based Offer Managers and Partner Managers, driving innovation in the organization and managing a healthy combination of offerings that meet the needs of our learners.
As Director, Learning Services Offers and Partnerships, Google Cloud, you will lead the team that strategically manages the portfolio and offers for all things learning, including content, certifications, labs, games, partnerships. Working closely with the development, technology, and operations team, you will ensure a healthy catalog of portfolio and Go-to-Market offers that solve for the cloud skills gaps.
Lead a globally-dispersed team of Offer Managers and Learning Product Managers.
Define and enhance strategy to drive a healthy portfolio of Learning Services offers from concept, to market, to end-of-life, driving innovation on behalf of the customers and using data to expand offer portfolio.
Define and iterate the Go-to-Market plans for each offer, working closely with the teams across multiple segments, managing, and improving processes for offer creation and time to market (including market research, offer development, launch, landing strategies, and measurement).
Develop and implement enablement programs to support positioning of offers in the market, working closely with Learning Technologies, Content Development, and Operations/Delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of offers.
Form and grow learning partnerships to drive and manage the entire learner lifecycle, from user acquisition, to cultivation and retention.
